We handle the "LHe cooling device for electron microscopes" developed for cathodoluminescence (CL). This device applies the technology of a continuous flow liquid helium cryostat. Since electron microscopes are sensitive to vibrations, we use thin stainless steel pipes for the supply and return lines of helium to eliminate external vibrations.
